FITON
What I love about Fiton is that they are a free workout platform that you can stream across computers, phones, and tvs. They provide many different workout options from 10 mins up to 60+ minutes. They include nutrition plans, and recipes for every occasion, and the trainers are awesome! I have been using Fiton for many months now and it has amped up my fitness routine. I enjoy it more than Beachbody on Demand!
310 Nutrition Shakes
After I left Beachbody on Demand I also decided to leave Shakeology. Not because they are bad but because in my opinion, I feel like at-home workouts should be more budget-friendly.
The prices increased one too many times within a year. So I did some research and went with 310 Nutrition shakes. They have amazing flavors, right now my favorite flavor is dark chocolate frosting! I have my shakes every day for lunch so I do not have a big mess to clean up later on.
What I like about 310 Nutrition Shakes is that they have a rewards program that can give you gift cards for other purchases. Beachbody never did that. Plus 310 Nutrition shakes is more affordable than Shakeology and has similar healthy ingredients as well.
Supplements
Nutrabio Protein Powder
The reason why Nutrabio is my favorite protein powder is that it doesn’t have a super long list of ingredients with ingredients no one knows how to pronounce. Plus it doesn’t use that annoying word called “natural flavors,” which no one understands what it means.
It is also FDA-approved whatever, that means. But the reason why I like it so much is that it mixes well with milk, water, and yogurt. My favorite flavor is chocolate. It’s just a nice clean, protein powder that doesn’t taste like sawdust.
RX Bar
My new favorite protein bar is called RX Bars! I love the real ingredients that they use and not the chalky texture flavors that some protein bars have. They come in a variety of flavors. So far I have tried, blueberry, strawberry, and peanut butter. My favorite I have to say is the blueberry and strawberry. They are affordable and they have REAL ingredients so what's not to like about them?

Hydro Flask Water Bottle
When I used to use plastic, water bottles I never liked it when my water got warm. I wouldn't say I like room-temperature water and when I had to finish the rest of the water in a bottle I didn’t waste it. I had to force myself to drink it.
With Hydro Flask my water is colder for longer without putting ice cubes in. I go everywhere with my Hydro Flask.
Xiaomi Mi Band 4
This is by far the most accurate fitness tracker that I have ever seen. It’s called the Xiaomi Mi Band 4. This band has some pretty great features like long battery life, notifications, etc. It’s budget-friendly which is also nice and the company's app could be better looking but it does the trick. But overall how can someone complain about a highly featured fitness tracker for a reasonable price?
Compared to other fitness trackers it’s the most accurate because it won’t let anyone cheat on steps. This means someone can’t shake their tracker up and down and get steps. Read my Xiaomi Mi Band 4 review

Young Living Tear Drop Diffuser
It used to be hard for me to fall asleep right away. But one of my friends introduced me to essential oils and diffusers. At first, I thought it was a load of garbage but then once I started to use it consistently it knocked me out instantly.

Warby Parker is my favorite online website to buy affordable eyeglasses online. They have reasonable price glasses, unlike your local optician who charges an insane amount of money for a pair of glasses.
